| 2) If you wish to invite the Japanese experts to devise a plan at location, You need to take into calculation accommodation and travel costs in addition to the daily fees. Expenses can be cut, if other projects or visits run in parallel Price of the plans are as 1) |
| 3) If you intend to leave the whole project to us, the designing and executing
of it, then costs will be as 1) and 2) , but taking into consideration
the daily fees over an extended period. We will conduct the following for you |

| a) Upon visiting the site, we will present you with several sketches of the
optimal Japanese garden, taking location, weather and local culture into
consideration. If you wish to suggest some of your own ideas, we can discuss
to incorporate them into the sketches. After our return to Japan, we will draw up a final plan and a work schedule, which we will send to you as our contract. Upon receipt of your approval, we will start coordinating the project. b) Selection of materials, such as stone and plants. A detailed cost estimation of materials required will be included in the contract. |

| 4) A tea ceremony and Zen lectures can be held at the completion of the project. The cost will be discussed during the site visit. |
| 5) If you are interested to visit a Japanese garden in Tokyo, we can conduct tours upon prior appointment. It is free of charge, if there are no more than 7 persons |

6) If you wish to purchase a Bonsai or gardening material from a Japanese
shop, we can advise you and take you to a reliable shop |
